- 1/2 cup frozen whipped dessert topping, thawed
- 1/4 cup unsalted peanuts, coarsely chopped
- 1/4 cup tiny marshmallows

Directions:
- Prepare pudding mix according to package directions using the milk. Remove 3/4 cup of the pudding and place in a small bowl; fold in whipped topping until combined.
- Divide remaining plain chocolate pudding among four 6-ounce glasses or dessert dishes. Top with dessert topping mixture. Let stand for 5 to 10 minutes or until set.
- Sprinkle with peanuts and marshmallows. If desired, garnish with chocolate curls.

- 1 16 1/2 - ounce roll refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough
- 3/4 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup candy-coated milk chocolate pieces
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate pieces

- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Line a 9x9x2-inch baking pan with foil, extending foil over edges of pan. Lightly grease foil; set aside. Break up cookie dough into a large bowl. Stir in oats until combined. Stir in milk chocolate pieces, semisweet chocolate pieces, and, if desired, nuts.
- Pat mixture into prepared baking pan. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until light brown. Cool in pan on a wire rack. Use the foil to lift uncut bars out of pan. Cut into bars.

- Place a large skillet on grill side burner. In the skillet, cook apples and ginger in butter over medium heat about 3 minutes or until apples are just tender. Stir in brown sugar. In a small bowl, combine apple juice and cornstarch; add to skillet. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 2 minutes more. Cool slightly.
- Scoop ice cream into dessert dishes. Spoon apple mixture over ice cream. Makes 4 servings.

- Place frosting in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat in microwave on high (100% power), for 10 to 20 seconds or until just softened. Spread doughnuts with frosting and sprinkle with chopped candy bars.

- 8 3/4-inch thick slices challah bread or Hawaiian sweet bread
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 4 -6 ounces semisweet chocolate, finely chopped
- Powdered sugar

- Heat a grill pan or a large heavy nonstick skillet over medium-low heat. Meanwhile, brush one side of each bread slice with some of the melted butter. Place half of the bread slices on a work surface, buttered side down; sprinkle with chocolate, covering the bread to within 1/4-inch of the crust. Top with remaining slices, buttered sides up. Place sandwiches, 2 at a time, in grill pan; weigh down top of sandwiches with a large heavy skillet.
- Grill the sandwiches over medium-low heat for 6 to 8 minutes or until the chocolate is melted and bread is golden brown, turning once halfway through grilling time. Repeat with remaining sandwiches. (Or preheat a covered indoor grill. Place sandwiches, two at a time, in preheated grill, cover, and grill 4 minutes or until chocolate melts and bread is golden.)

- 4 3-inch squares purchased unfrosted brownies (such as milk chocolate, blond, or marbled brownies), cut into irregular shapes
- 8 1 1/2 - inch diameter chocolate-covered cream-filled mint patties, quartered
- Fresh mint sprig (optional)
Directions:
- In a blender or food processor, combine cheese, honey and milk. Cover; blend or process till smooth. Transfer mixture to a small bowl. Cover; quick-chill in the freezer for 10 minutes or chill the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- Alternately layer brownies, cheese mixture and mint patties in each of 4 chilled parfait glasses or wine glasses. Garnish with a mint sprig, if you like. Makes 4 servings.
